SHA Christmas Program 2024
South Hills Academy’s Christmas Program on Tuesday, December 17th, was a heartwarming evening of music, dance, and holiday cheer, showcasing the incredible talents of our students from Kindergarten through High School.
The program began with a beautiful opening performance by our K-8th grade students, featuring touching solos from some of our elementary singers. Their sweet voices set the tone for a night filled with the spirit of Christmas.
Later, our Kindergarten to 2nd-grade students delighted the audience with a lively wooden soldier routine, complete with kazoos that brought smiles all around. The 3rd graders added flair with a festive holiday tango, while the 4th graders delivered a charming xylophone performance. Our ballet students captivated everyone with their graceful dance to Disney’s Let It Go.
Middle and high school students showcased their talents with stirring vocal and piano solos, followed by lively performances from the middle school band. The evening concluded with a show-stopping performance by our high school music class band and singers, leaving the audience in awe.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible music and band teachers, Mrs. Kwon and Mr. Dominguez, for their hard work and dedication in preparing our students. A special thank you also goes to our SHA maintenance team and our high school volunteers, who worked tirelessly to set the stage and ensure everything ran smoothly.
As Psalm 98:4 reminds us, “Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music.” Our students truly brought this verse to life, sharing their gifts and spreading the joy of the season.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special celebration. From our SHA family to yours, Merry Christmas! 🎄✨🎶
